To end my food photos from my Hawaii trip, I present to you: spam musubi from Musubi Cafe Iyasume (Honolulu, HI). It’s spam sushi! The left most one is the normal spam musubi. The other 2 are with bacon and egg.

We finished off our dinner at Uncle Bo’s (Honolulu, HI) with their Oreo-haupia mud pie. The bottom layer is kona coffee ice cream.
I had ahi several times while in Hawaii, and I think this was my favorite preparation. It’s the cajun seared ahi at Uncle Bo’s (Honolulu, HI). It was really tender with a bit of spice.
