Diver scallops with grilled corn, chorizo, and a citrus aioli at Eleven Plates & Wine (Austin, TX). I thought the corn and aioli went well with the scallops, though the chorizo might have been a bit overpowering.

Sweet corn taro tempura at SPIN (Austin, TX). This was one of my favorites of the night. I loved the sweetness that the corn added.
