Another new taco at TacoDeli (Austin, TX)! The front-most is one of the anniversary winners, the Kubinski. It has a potato hash with eggs, sausage, bacon, and cheese. The other is the Jess Special.
Too… much… pancakes… I couldn’t finish it all! This is the pancakes at Olivia (Austin, TX) with cranberries, whipped cream, and vanilla syrup.

My husband made breakfast yesterday: bacon pancakes. Cook slices of bacon, dip them in pancake batter, make bacon pancakes.
I tend to sleep in on weekends, so my husband made a big breakfast for breakfast/lunch. There are scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and pancakes made with homemade batter. It was a lot of food though! I had to save some of the pancakes for another day.

This is the “Texas Sized” donut at Round Rock donuts. In other words, it’s the 2lb donut. It’s sitting in a box that would normally hold a dozen donuts.
Round Rock donuts are my favorite donuts around here. Kind of odd that the glaze and dough are yellow, but they are delicious.
I was surprised to see my fiance cutting strawberries when I came home from work. I thought it was for a dessert, but nope! He was using a Rachael Ray recipe to make a savory french toast dish with breakfast sausage and strawberries.
The “Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner Waffle” recipe from the Top Chef cookbook. A waffle layered with refried beans, cheese, maple syrup, ham, and a fried egg. An awesome way to start the morning :)
